- Name, email address, telephone number and password (stored in hashed form)
- Account role (landlord, tenant or administrator)
- City, postcode, housing need and a short description where you provide them

- Room and property details posted by landlords
- Saved listings and enquiry messages between tenants and landlords

We do not sell personal data. Listing details you mark as available are shown publicly. When a tenant enquires, we share the enquiry and relevant contact details with the landlord so they can reply. Do not include information in a listing or message that you are not entitled to share.

We keep account, listing and enquiry data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where we need it for records, legal claims or regulatory purposes.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
8. Cookies
